Unfamiliar Words

I asked my friend through chat last time on where I can possibly find more information about medical services in relation to our medical mission of our group. I don’t know why he sent me the words aide menagere, maison de retraite and implants dentaires. What I just think is that he knows other language and made a mistake sending me info. I will be searching for that if I have much time.
